As I have mentioned before on here, several of my colleagues undertake a great deal of travelling, which means they are able to gather brilliant information for potential stories our magazines, but also struggle to find the time to compose anything!
This is where I come in, and often work directly with them using their notes, recording and pictures to help establish and retell their story, whilst also undertaking research on each company involved to provide readers with some more background on these various companies and how they assist the milling or aquaculture industry in their own unique way.
For this article, one of my colleagues was lucky enough to visit pasta production powerhouse Nuh’Un Ankara Makarnasi Sanayi ve Ticaret AS in Turkey in early 2019. Their facilities were very impressive and polished, partly due to their recent overhaul of brand-new state-of-the-art Bühler Group machinery.
