I was very happy to find that my article discussing krill feed for aquatic species made the front cover in International Aquafeed’s January 2020 issue!
I worked on this article with Norwegian krill experts, Aker BioMarine, who I have built a close relationship with following their participation in our Aquatic Asia Conference 2019 I organised as part of VIV Asia 2019.
Aker BioMarine’s wide varieties of feed and feed ingredients are all made of krill- primarily Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) which they harvest in their ship, the Antarctic Endurance (a very snazzy new ship I also covered in an article in 2019).
In this article I delve into more detail regarding their various feed solutions and what makes their QRILL line of products so very intriguing and impressive.
